This website is operated by AES — Ayman Ehab Studio, Villa 18, Aly Shaarawy, Narges 5, Fifth Settlement, Cairo 11835, Egypt. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

You may view, browse and print pages from this site for your own information and for the purpose of evaluating whether to engage AES.

You may not use this site in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation or security, or that attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or to any connected system. You may not scrape, harvest or systematically extract its content, or use automated means to submit the enquiry form.

All content on this site — including project photography, drawings, written descriptions, layout, design and the AES name and marks — is owned by AES or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute or use any of it commercially without our prior written permission. This includes using our project photography to represent work as your own, and using our written project descriptions elsewhere.

Where a project shown on this site was carried out for a client, aspects of that project may also be subject to the client's rights. Nothing on this site transfers any right in a client's brand, premises or identity.

The projects presented on this site are real work carried out by AES. Photography shows completed projects as built, and descriptions reflect our involvement in them.

Project imagery is illustrative of our approach. It does not constitute a specification, a guarantee that comparable results can be achieved on a different site, or an undertaking that materials, finishes or suppliers shown remain available.

The content of this site is general information about our work. It is not architectural, engineering, structural, safety or regulatory advice, and it should not be relied on in place of a professional appointment for a specific project.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract. Any engagement with AES begins only when scope, fees, programme and responsibilities are agreed in a signed written agreement.

Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the enquiry form. It is a general contact channel, not a secure one.

This site links to external platforms including our social media profiles, and embeds a Google Map on each page. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

We aim to keep this site available and its content accurate and current, but we do not guarantee either. The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AES is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, business, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or from reliance on its content.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo.
