This policy explains what personal information AES collects through this website, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. We have kept it specific to what this site actually does rather than describing practices that do not apply to us.
This website is operated by AES — Ayman Ehab Studio, Villa 18, Aly Shaarawy, Narges 5, Fifth Settlement, Cairo 11835, Egypt. AES is an art direction, interior design and architecture studio.

Information you send us through the enquiry form. When you complete the contact form we collect your name, your email address, the service you selected, and the content of your message. We ask for nothing else, and none of these fields are used for any purpose other than replying to you.
Information collected automatically by our hosting provider. Like any website, our server records standard technical information when a page is requested, including IP address, browser type, and the page requested. This is used for security and to keep the site running.
This website has no user accounts, no login, and takes no payments. We do not ask for, and have no way to receive, financial information through this site.
We use the information you send through the enquiry form solely to respond to your enquiry and, where it leads to a project, to correspond with you about that project.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list on the basis of an enquiry.
Web3Forms. Our enquiry form is delivered by Web3Forms, a third-party form service. When you submit the form, the information you entered is transmitted to Web3Forms, which forwards it to our email address. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policy.
Google Maps. The footer of every page contains an embedded Google Map showing our studio location. When that map loads, your browser contacts Google, which may receive your IP address and set cookies under its own terms. The map is set to load only when it comes near your screen, so if you never scroll to the footer it is generally not requested at all.
Our hosting provider, which stores the website files and server logs described above.
Beyond these, this website contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts of any kind. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or session-recording tools.
This website does not set any cookies of its own, and it does not store anything in your browser's local or session storage.
The embedded Google Map described above may set cookies controlled by Google. You can prevent this by not scrolling to the footer, by using your browser's cookie controls, or by blocking third-party content.
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our dealings with you, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless the enquiry became a project — in which case project records are kept for the period required for our contractual and tax obligations.
You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner at any time.
You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, or to delete it. Write to us at contact@aes-designstudio.com and we will respond.
AES is established in Egypt and processes personal data in accordance with Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2018. If you contact us from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also have rights under the GDPR, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection.
The website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and the enquiry form is transmitted over the same. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us.
This website is intended for people seeking professional design services. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy as our practices or the services we use change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. This policy was last updated on 2 August 2026.
This document is published in English and Arabic. The Arabic version is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy or difference in interpretation between the two, the English version prevails.
