This website is operated by AES — Ayman Ehab Studio, Villa 18, Aly Shaarawy, Narges 5, Fifth Settlement, Cairo 11835, Egypt. AES is an art direction, interior design and architecture studio.

Information you send us through the enquiry form. When you complete the contact form we collect your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, the service you selected, and the content of your message. Along with it we record the page you sent it from and, if another website or one of our campaign links brought you there, which one. We ask for nothing else, and none of this is used for any purpose other than replying to you and seeing how people find us. To stop the form being abused we also keep a scrambled code made from your IP address with your enquiry, instead of the address itself, and use it for nothing else.

Information collected automatically by our hosting provider. Like any website, our server records standard technical information when a page is requested, including IP address, browser type, and the page requested. This is used for security and to keep the site running.

Visit statistics. We count visits to this website ourselves, so we can see which pages people read, how they reach us and which contact buttons they use. Each record holds a random visitor code, the page, the button if one was tapped, the website or campaign link that brought you, the language, and the type of device (phone, tablet or computer). To tell a returning visitor from a new one, your browser keeps that random code in its local storage, with a note of the last campaign link or other website that brought you here. It is not a cookie, it is not made from anything about you, and we do not keep your IP address with these records. We use these statistics for nothing else and share them with no one. If you later send us an enquiry, the campaign link or website that most recently brought you, within the previous 90 days, is recorded with it.

This website has no user accounts, no login, and takes no payments. We do not ask for, and have no way to receive, financial information through this site.

We use the information you send through the enquiry form solely to respond to your enquiry and, where it leads to a project, to correspond with you about that project.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list on the basis of an enquiry.

Our website's admin system and Google Workspace. When you submit the form, your enquiry is stored in our website's own admin system, on our hosting provider's server, and emailed to our team through Google Workspace, which hosts our email. Only if our system is unavailable is it delivered instead by Web3Forms, a third-party form service that forwards it to our email address; their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policy.

Google Maps. The footer of every page contains an embedded Google Map showing our studio location. When that map loads, your browser contacts Google, which may receive your IP address and set cookies under its own terms. The map is set to load only when it comes near your screen, so if you never scroll to the footer it is generally not requested at all.

Our hosting provider, which stores the website files and server logs described above.

Beyond these, this website contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or session-recording tools.

This website does not set any cookies of its own. It keeps one small entry in your browser's local storage: the random visitor code and the note of how you reached us, described under Visit statistics. You can remove it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser's settings.

The embedded Google Map described above may set cookies controlled by Google. You can prevent this by not scrolling to the footer, by using your browser's cookie controls, or by blocking third-party content.

We keep enquiries, and our notes on them, as a record of our dealings with you. They are not deleted automatically.

You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time, and we will remove it from our system.

Visit records hold no name, contact details or IP address. We keep them so we can compare one period with another, and they are not deleted automatically.

You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, or to delete it. Write to us at contact@aes-designstudio.com and we will respond.

AES is established in Egypt and processes personal data in accordance with Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2018. If you contact us from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also have rights under the GDPR, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection.

The website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and the enquiry form is transmitted over the same. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us.

This website is intended for people seeking professional design services. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy as our practices or the services we use change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. This policy was last updated on 22 October 2026.

This document is published in English and Arabic. The Arabic version is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy or difference in interpretation between the two, the English version prevails.
